Investment Criteria

Thackeray Partners is actively seeking opportunities to invest capital in rental housing and industrial assets that offer attractive risk adjusted returns. Thackeray is an all cash buyer with full discretion on its investments. Thackeray focuses on the following:

  • Equity investments typically between $2-$17.5 million
  • Joint venture opportunities with occasional direct investments
  • Stabilized acquisitions, value-add investments and select development opportunities
  • U.S. markets with strong job and population growth


  • 50,000 to 350,000 square feet preferred
  • Multi–tenant preferred
  • Clear heights > 20 feet
  • Office finish < 20%
