Investment Criteria

Thackeray Partners is actively seeking opportunities to invest capital in multifamily and warehouse assets that offer attractive risk adjusted returns. Thackeray also allocates a small portion of its Funds for unique retail, value-add and opportunistic investments. Thackeray is an all cash buyer with full discretion on its investments. Thackeray focuses on the following:

  • Equity investments typically between $2-$15 million
  • Joint venture opportunities, with occasional direct investments in warehouses
  • Stabilized acquisitions, value-add investments and select development opportunities
  • U.S. markets with strong job and population growth

  • Class A & B assets in quality locations
  • Value-add and stabilized cash following acquisitions
  • Select development
  • Markets with strong employment and demand drivers

  • Clear heights > 20 feet
  • Office finish < 20%
